Option to map multiple request forms to a single brand. At present, it supports only one form per brand. There is workaround available to achieve this by using field display condition.

If more than one form mapped to a brand an option to select form at first level will be asked from end users in customer portal 

Form can be mapped to a ticket, web widgets, web forms
