Request to add a native MCP (Model Context Protocol) server URL/endpoint within BoldDesk so external MCP‑compatible AI tools (e.g., Claude Desktop, Cursor, Windsurf) can directly connect and perform ticket-related operations such as creating, viewing, updating tickets, and adding notes without custom API integrations.
